摘　　要：目的探讨腰痹通胶囊对腰椎管狭窄症患者临床疗效及腰椎功能的影响。方法以我院96例腰椎管狭窄症患者为研究对象并将其随机分为对照组和研究组,其中对照组48例患者口服塞来昔布治疗,研究组48例患者在对照组的基础上口服腰痹通胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后腰椎功能及用药安全性。结果研究组患者显效与有效的占比之和为91.67%,对照组患者显效与有效的占比之和为68.75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的VAS评分与ODI评分明显降低,JOA评分明显升高,且研究组各指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论腰痹通胶囊在腰椎管狭窄症患者治疗中疗效安全显著,对促进病情康复具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the effect of Yaobitong Capsule on the Clinical Curative Effect and Lumbar function in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods 96 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into control group and study group,48 patients in control group were treated with celecoxib,48 patients in the study group were treated with Yaobitong capsule on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,lumbar function and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The sum of effective and effective in the study group was 91.67%,and the sum of effective and effective in the control group was 68.75%(P<0.05),after treatment,the VAS score and Odi score of the two groups decreased significantly,the Joa score increased significantly,and the improvement of the study group was significantly better than the Control Group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Yaobitong capsule is safe and effective in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis,and has positive significance in promoting the recovery of the disease.
