摘　　要：目的探讨骨蜡封填减压骨面止血在腰椎管狭窄后路减压植骨融合中的有效性和安全性.方法选择2015年1月-2018年6月间,患腰椎管狭窄的病人60人,随机分为两组,对两组病人实施后路椎管扩大减压椎间盘切除,cage椎间植骨钉棒系统内固定手术,实验组在减压固定完成后用骨蜡均匀封填减压非融合骨面,对照组无相应处理措施.比较分析两组病人的术后引流量、拔管时间、临床效果等.结果两组手术均无切口感染,脂肪液化等,均一期愈合;术后引流量试验组为77.24±27.44mL,低于对照组的390.80±103.50 mL;拔管时间试验组为1.97±0.19天,低于对照组的3.35±0.49天;术后血红蛋白(HGB)的改变量试验组为10.86±3.87g/L,低于对照组的19.81±8.57g/L;差异均有统计学意义.结论骨蜡封填减压骨面止血应用于腰椎管狭窄后路减压植骨融合手术中,具有良好的有效性和安全性,值得临床推广.Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of using bone wax to stop bleeding in lumbar spinal stenosis of posterior decompression and interbody fusion.Methods From January 2013-June 2015,chose patients with lumbar spinal stenosis about 60 people,randomLy allocated into two groups,then perform an operation of posterior decompression intervertebral bone graft screw rod system internal fixation,after that,put the bone wax on the bone trauma of the treatment group,while the control group did nothing.Then compare two groups of patients’drainage,extubation time,clinical effect,etc.Results Both of the two group recovered well,without any infection and fat liquefaction.Post-operation drainage of treatment group was 77.24±27.44 mL,significantly lower than the control group(390.80±103.50)mL;Extubation time of treatment group was 1.97±0.19 days,significantly lower than the control group(3.35±0.49)days;Change of HGB of treatment group was 10.86±3.87 g/L,significantly lower than the control group(19.81±8.57)g/L.Conclusion It has great efficacy and safety of the application of using bone wax to stop bleeding in lumbar spinal stenosis surgery,which deserves the clinical expansion.
