六步手指操对经桡动脉有创血压监测患者肢体症状的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探索六部手指操对改善桡动脉穿刺行有创血压监测患者肢体症状的效果.方法2019年7月至2019年11月对CCU行桡动脉穿刺有创血压监测患者采用方便抽样方法分为实验组和对照组,对照组使用常规方案护理,而实验组采用常规护理+六步手指操康复锻炼,比较两组患者上肢肢体疼痛、手掌肿胀程度和局部出血状况.结果实验组的肿胀和出血的发生率明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组疼痛发生率差异无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论六步手指操可有效改善经桡动脉有创血压监测患者的手掌肿胀和局部出血的情况,但对于缓解患者上肢肢体疼痛的效果有待进一步考证.Objective The effect of Six-step finger exercise on improving the symptoms of limb for patients after the invasive blood pressure monitoring through the radial artery puncture was discussed.Methods A total of 199 patients were divided into two groups,including 100 patiants for the experimental group and 99 patiants for the control group.The control group was given the usual care,and the experimental group was given the Six-step finger exercise based on the usual care.Upper limb pain,palm swelling and local bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results The degrees of swelling and bleeding in the left palm of the experimental group was lighter than the control group,and there was no statistical significance of difference(P<0.05),the degree of pain has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The Six-step finger exercise can effectively improve the symptoms of swelling and bleeding in the left palm for patients after the invasive blood pressure monitoring by the radial artery puncture.However,The effect of finger care on relieving the pain for patiants in t he left arm need further research.
