从蓄血证论治慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨从蓄血症治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选择120例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者,根据随机数表法分为试验组与对照组,每组60例。试验组采用桃核承气汤加减治疗,对照组采用前列舒通胶囊治疗,两组均持续治疗1个月。统计两组临床疗效及前列腺炎症状评分变化情况。结果试验组治疗有效率(93.3%)明显高于对照组有效率(80%),差异有统计学意义;治疗前两组疼痛症状评分对比差异无统计学意义,具有可比性,治疗后试验组各指标评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论从蓄血症治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效确切,可明显缓解病人临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis treated by sequestration.Methods 120 patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 60 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with taohechengqi decoction plus or minus,and the control group was treated with qianliestong capsule.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The clinical curative effect and the prostatic inflammation score of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(93.3%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80%),and the difference was statistically significant.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of pain symptoms between the two groups,while after treatment,the scores of all indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Accumulation is effective in treating chronic non-bacterial prostatitis,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.
