摘　　要：异种金属焊接是制造加工行业中的重要环节,不过考虑到行业中制造产品零件数量种类繁多,加工过程范围过于广泛,因此必须对其加工技术质量内容进行分析,例如要了解焊接工艺对零部件整体性能的影响。因此在本文中简单探讨了异种金属的焊接特点、焊接常见问题、焊接工艺,再加以例证说明。Dissimilar metal welding is an important link in the manufacturing industry.However,considering that there are many kinds of manufacturing products and parts in the industry,and the processing range is too wide,it is necessary to analyze the processing technology and quality content,for example,to understand the impact of welding process on the overall performance of parts.In this paper,the welding characteristics,common welding problems and welding technology of dissimilar metals are discussed and illustrated.
