摘  要:本文详细分析了中条山集团十八河尾矿库铜尾矿的化学成分、物相构成及物理性能,并与常规陶瓷原料钾长石作对比,分析这两种熔剂原料对石英石的烧结程度影响,实验证明铜尾矿中的多种熔剂氧化物共同存在时降低石英石烧结温度点效果更为显著。这种浮选铜精矿废弃的一次尾砂,无可塑性,无收缩,可部分取代建筑陶瓷坯体配方中的长石原料开发陶瓷制品。The paper analyzes the chemical components,phase composition and physical properties of copper tailings in Non-ferrous Metals Group in detail.By contrast to the potassium feldspar which is the conventional ceramic raw material and analyzing the effects of two raw materials on the sintering level of quartz stone,it shows that it is more effective to reduce the sintering temperature of quartz when several oxides in copper tailings exist together.The abandoned tailings of flotation copper concentrate which is poor plasticity and non-shrinkage can partially replace the feldspar in the recipe of the ceramic body.
