摘　　要：由于我国经济不断增长,城市化生产结构不断调整,煤炭行业发展较为缓慢,当前环保节能工程不断提升,然而一些矿山生产过程中效益较差,为了促进矿山企业收支平衡,对于经济效益的提高,需要进行产业结构调整,然而为了保障其绩效,也一些企业中忽视安全地管理,在投资中不断缩减安全部分支出。本文通过对矿山安全经济效益与矿山经营在实际发展中的境况进行深入分析,对此提出了更加合理的探究策略。保障生产安全机制可控,对于管理机构更加完善加强管理意识以及经营策略等方向的讨论。Due to the continuous growth of China's economy,the continuous adjustment of the urbanization production structure,the slow development of the coal industry,and the continuous improvement of the current environmental protection and energy conservation projects,however,some mines have poor benefits in the production process.In order to promote the balance of income and expenditure of mining enterprises,the improvement of economic benefits requires the adjustment of industrial structure.However,in order to ensure their performance,some enterprises have Ignore safety management,and constantly reduce the safety part of the investment.In this paper,through the in-depth analysis of mine safety and economic benefits and mine management in the actual development of the situation,put forward a more reasonable exploration strategy.To ensure that the production safety mechanism is controllable,it is necessary to discuss how to improve the management awareness and business strategy of the management organization.
