参芪六味汤联合尼可地尔对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者血液流变学及炎性介质的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪六味汤联合尼可地尔对冠心病(CHD)稳定型心绞痛(SA)患者血液流变学及炎性介质的影响.方法:选择2019年8月至2020年8月我院收治的CHD患者86例,按照交替分组法分为两组,其中对照组43例接受尼可地尔治疗,观察组43例在其基础上给予参芪六味汤治疗.观察两组治疗前及治疗1个月后血液流变学指标及炎性介质因子水平.结果:两组治疗后全血高切、低切黏度、血浆黏度及FIB水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后CRP及TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:参芪六味汤联合尼可地尔应用于CHD稳定型心绞痛患者的治疗中能够有效改善血液流变学,减低炎症因子水平,提高治疗效果.Objective:The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ShenqiLiuwei decoction in combination with nicorandil on hemorheology and inflammatory mediators in patients with stable angina(SA)in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods:86 patients with CHD treated in our hospital between August 2019 and August 2020 were randomly assigned to one of two groups;43 patients in the control group received nicorandil,while 43 patients in the observation group received nicorandil with ShenqiLiuwei decoction.Prior to and one month after treatment,hemorheological indexes and inflammatory mediators were measured.Results:After treatment,both groups'whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,and FIB levels were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);both groups'CRP and TNF-alevels were lower than those before treatment,ard the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:ShenqiLiuwei decoction in combination with nicorandil can effectively improve hemorheology in patients with CHD stable angina,decrease inflammatory factor levels,and enhance therapeutic effect.
