文化科技融合视域下欠发达区域文化产业“弯道超车”策略研究——以江西为例

摘　　要：首先对文化科技融合视域下文化产业发展的特点和趋势进行分析,然后深入探讨科技与文化融合推动文化产业升级的动力与逻辑机理,最后以江西为例具体分析欠发达区域文化产业实现“弯道超车”的可能性并提出对策建议.研究的主要结论是:①文化科技融合推动文化产业升级的动力与逻辑机理是催生新的文化产业业态、变革新的文化产业发展模式、拓展和延伸文化产业价值链、变革新型文化消费理念与方式;②理顺文化产业的行政管理体制、完善文化产业的相关政策机制、扩宽文化产业的发展模式、打造文化创意城市名片是欠发达区域文化产业实现“弯道超车”的四大对策.This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics and trend of cultural industry development from the perspective of culture and technology integration,then deeply discusses the motive force and logic mechanism for the culture and technology integration to promote the cultural industry upgrading,and finally analyzes the possibility for the cultural industry in less-developed regions to realize"corner overtaking"with Jiangxi as an example and brings forward countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions of the research are:①the motive force and logic mechanism for the culture and technology integration to promote the cultural industry upgrading are to produce new business forms of cultural industry,reform new development models of cultural industry,expand and extend the value chain of cultural industry,and reform new concepts and methods of cultural consumption;②straightening out the administrative management system of cultural industry,improving relevant policy mechanism of cultural industry,widening the development model of cultural industry,and creating the name card of cultural creative city are the four countermeasures for realizing"corner overtaking"of cultural industry in lessdeveloped regions.
