摘　　要：对近年来现场射孔作业中发生的事故进行分析分类,分析了各类事故发生的原因及事故发生后的后果,提高对事故的认识,预防类似事故的发生;提出了现场解决办法和技术预防措施,对油田勘探开发射孔作业有非常好参考价值.In this paper,the accident occurred in the field perforating operation in recent years is analyzed and classified,and the causes and consequences of all kinds of accidents are analyzed to improve the understanding of the accident and prevent the occurrence of similar accidents.The field solutions and technical preventive measures are put forward,which have a very good reference value for the perforation operation of oil field exploration and development.
