摘　　要：目的报告结石相关肾脏异位骨化的诊断与处理.方法回顾性分析肾脏结石相关肾脏异位骨化的影像表现及治疗方法.结果共收集8例肾脏结石相关肾脏异位骨化病例,其中男性5例,女性3例.主要结石位于肾盂及肾盏内,结石成分分析主要成分均为含钙结石,异位骨化均发生于肾盂,手术清除异位骨化组织,术后病理诊断为骨化组织.结论肾脏可以产生结石相关的异位骨化现象,肾脏异位骨化组织需要手术清除.Objective We reported the diagnosis and treatment of stone-related renal heterotopic ossification.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the imaging characteristics and treatment outcome of cases with stone-related renal heterotopic ossification.Results Eight cases with stone-related renal heterotopic ossification,including 5 males and 3 females,were collected.The imaging showed that these patients were suffered from multiple kidney stones which mainly located in the renal pelvis and calyces.A test revealed that the main component of the stones was calcium and the heterotopic ossification occurred in the renal pelvis.The heterotopic ossification tissue was removed by surgery,and the pathological investigation revealed that this was ossification tissue.Conclusions We find that heterotopic ossification associated with stones may occur in the kidney,which needs surgical removal.
