血塞通软胶囊结合前列地尔对冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者D-D、BNP的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血塞通软胶囊结合前列地尔应用于冠心病(CHD)合并慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者中对其D-二聚体(D-D)及脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法选取2021年5月-2022年7月我院收治的92例CHD合并CHF患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=46),对照组采用前列地尔治疗,观察组采用血塞通软胶囊结合前列地尔治疗。从入院当日开始,干预为期4周。比较两组临床疗效、心功能、血清学指标及生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.48%,高于对照组的76.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径均短于对照组,D-D、BNP水平及明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷各项评分均低于对照组,左室射血分数水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血塞通软胶囊结合前列地尔能够有效降低血清DD、BNP水平,改善心功能,提升治疗总有效率,有利于患者生活质量提高。Objective To investigate the effects of Xuesaitong softgel combined with alprostadil on D-dimer(D-D)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in patientswith coronary heartdisease(CHD)and chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 92 patients with CHD combined with CHF admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment regimens,they were divided into an observation group(n=46)and a control group(n=46).The control group was treated with alprostadil,and the observation group was treated with Xuesaitong soft capsule combined with alprostadil.The intervention lasted for 4 weeks from the day of admission.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,serological indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.48%,which was higher than 76.09%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 weeks after treatment,the observation group of left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter are shorter than the control group,D-D,the BNP level and Minnesota heart failure in the quality of life questionnaire scores were lower than the control group,left ventricular ejection fraction level higher than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood plug on soft capsule combined with front row,can effectively reduce the serum D-D,BNP levels,improve heart function,promote efficient treatment,could improve patients quality of life.
