中医定向透药疗法结合化痰通络汤对风痰阻络型中风患者神经功能及肢体功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医定向透药疗法结合化痰通络汤治疗风痰阻络型中风的效果.方法回顾性分析本院2021年2月—2022年5月收治的94例风痰阻络型中风患者的临床资料,将采用常规康复治疗的47例设为对照组,将在此基础上采用中医定向透药疗法结合化痰通络汤治疗的47例设为观察组,均持续治疗2周.对比两组的临床疗效、神经功能、生活质量及肢体功能.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.75%,高于对照组的80.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分为(4.90±1.67)分,低于对照组的(7.53±2.32)分,SS-QOL评分为(211.20±10.70)分,高于对照组的(189.68±12.57)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的功能独立障碍程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的功能独立障碍程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医定向透药疗法结合化痰通络汤能够提高风痰阻络型中风患者的治疗效果,减轻功能独立障碍程度,改善神经功能,提高生活质量,值得临床推广使用.Objective To explore the effect of directional drug permeation therapy combined with Huatan Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals stroke.Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with windphlegm blocking collaterals stroke admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.47 cases who received conventional rehabilitation treatment were set as the control group,and 47 cases who received traditional Chinese medicine directional drug permeation therapy combined with Huatan Tongluo Decoction on this basis were set as the observation group,all of which were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,quality of life and limb function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.75%,which was higher than 80.85%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was(4.90±1.67)points,which was lower than(7.53±2.32)points of the control group,and the SS-QOL score of the observation group was(211.20±10.70)points,which was higher than(189.68±12.57)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the degree of functional independence impairment between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the degree of functional independence impairment in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM directional drug permeation therapy combined with Huatan Tongluo Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals stroke patients,reduce the degree of functional independen
