中药穴位贴敷神阙穴对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药穴位贴敷神阙穴对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能的作用.方法选择费县中医医院2018年12月—2022年5月收治的80例胃癌术后患者,随机分为两组,每组40例.对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药穴位贴敷神阙穴.比较两组胃肠功能恢复指标、中医证候积分、胃动素、血管活性肠肽水平.结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间(16.73±3.22)h、进食时间(47.05±4.86)h、首次排气时间(46.25±4.32)h、首次排便时间(57.48±5.93)h,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、恶心积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组胃动素(345.86±11.33)pg/mL高于对照组,血管活性肠肽(33.65±3.12)pg/mL低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论胃癌术后采用中药穴位贴敷神阙穴能促进患者胃肠功能恢复,减轻消化系统症状,调节胃肠激素分泌.Objective To explore the effect of Chinese herbal acupressure on Shen Que acupoint on gastrointestinal function of postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods 80 cases after gastric cancer surgery patients admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group used conventional intervention,and the observation group combined with Chinese herbal acupressure on the Shen Que point on the basis of the control group.The recovery index of gastrointestinal function,TCM evidence score,gastrin and vasoactive intestinal peptide levels were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds(16.73±3.22)h,feeding time(47.05±4.86)h,first defecation time(46.25±4.32)h,and first defecation time(57.48±5.93)h in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the abdominal pain,bloating,belching and nausea scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,gastric actin(345.86±11.33)pg/mL in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and vasoactive intestinal peptide(33.65±3.12)pg/mL was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Chinese herbal acupressure on Shen Que point after gastric cancer surgery can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the symptoms of digestive system and regulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones.
