摘　　要：目的探讨电针围刺肌筋膜激痛点(TrP)对腰部肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)患者疼痛程度及功能障碍的影响.方法选取2020年1月—2021年11月本院收治的40例腰部MPS患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各20例.对照组采用电针疗法治疗,观察组采用电针围刺肌筋膜TrP治疗,均持续治疗2个疗程.对比两组疼痛程度、腰部功能障碍.结果治疗前,两组疼痛程度、腰部功能障碍比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组简化McGill疼痛问卷中的疼痛评估指数评分(14.31±2.12)分、视觉模拟评分(2.07±0.41)分、现时疼痛强度评分(1.56±0.18)分、Roland-Morris功能障碍问卷评分(4.21±0.87)分均低于对照组的(18.38±2.57)分、(2.98±0.39)分、(2.01±0.21)分、(6.73±1.18)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论电针围刺肌筋膜TrP治疗腰部MPS的效果确切,能有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,改善腰部功能障碍.Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture around the myofascial trigger point(TrP)on pain severity and dysfunction in patients with lumbar myofascial pain syndrome(MPS).Methods 40 patients with lumbar MPS who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture around the myofascial TrP.Both groups received continuous treatment for 2 courses.The degree of pain and lumbar dysfunction were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain degree and lumbar dysfunction between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the pain rating index score,visual analogue scale score,and present pain intensity score in the short-form of McGill pain questionnaire and the Roland-Morris disability questionnaire score in the observation group were(14.31±2.12)points,(2.07±0.41)points,(1.56±0.18)points and(4.21±0.87)points,respectively,which were lower than(18.38±2.57)points,(2.98±0.39)points,(2.01±0.21)points,and(6.73±1.18)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of electroacupuncture around the myofascial TrP in the treatment of lumbar MPS is definite,which can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients and improve the lumbar dysfunction.
