外周神经电刺激引导注射联合巨针微创针刺治疗脑卒中后肩痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨外周神经电刺激引导注射联合巨针微创针刺治疗脑卒中后肩痛的临床疗效.方法选取本院2020年1月—2021年10月收治的84例脑卒中后肩痛患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例.对照组采用运动疗法,观察组在对照组基础上采用外周神经电刺激引导注射联合巨针微创针刺治疗.持续治疗4周后进行效果评价.结果治疗后,观察组的疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的欧洲肩关节协会评分系统各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论外周神经电刺激引导注射联合巨针微创针刺治疗脑卒中后肩痛的效果确切,可减轻患者疼痛,改善肩关节功能.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of peripheral nerve stimulation guided injection combined with giant needle minimally invasive acupuncture in the treatment of shoulder pain after stroke.Methods A total of 84 patients with shoulder pain after stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with exercise therapy,and the observation group was treated with peripheral nerve stimulation guided injection combined with giant needle minimally invasive acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The effect was evaluated after 4 weeks of continuous treatment.Results After treatment,the pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of the European Shoulder Association scoring system in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral nerve stimulation guided injection combined with giant needle minimally invasive acupuncture is effective in the treatment of shoulder pain after stroke,which can relieve pain and improve shoulder joint function.
