摘　　要：目的观察微创手术治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂的临床效果.方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月聊城市第二人民医院收治的82例急性闭合性跟腱断裂患者,根据手术方法的不同,将41例行开放手术的患者纳入对照组,将另41例行微创手术的患者纳入观察组.比较两组的围术期指标、美国足踝外科学会(AOFAS)评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及并发症发生率.结果观察组的手术用时为(31.59±5.84)min、住院时间为(7.34±1.17)d、切口长度为(20.53±1.62)mm,均短于对照组,术中出血量为(13.46±2.25)mL,少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后,观察组的AOFAS评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率9.76%低于对照组的26.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论通过微创手术治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂,能够提高疗效,减轻手术创伤及疼痛感,降低并发症发生率,值得推广.Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery on acute closed Achilles tendon rupture.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute closed Achilles tendon rupture admitted to Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.According to different surgical methods,41 patients who underwent open surgery were included in the control group and 41 patients who underwent minimally invasive surgery were included in the observation group.The perioperative indexes,American Academy of Foot and Ankle Surgery(AOFAS)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of pain and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was(31.59±5.84)min,the length of hospital stay was(7.34±1.17)d,and the incision length was(20.53±1.62)mm,which were all shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was(13.46±2.25)mL,which was less than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the AOFAS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.76%,lower than 26.83%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for acute closed Achilles tendon rupture can improve the curative effect,reduce the surgical trauma and pain,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
