摘　　要：目的分析综合康复治疗在老年肩袖损伤患者肩关节运动功能恢复中的应用效果.方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月该院收治的104例老年肩袖损伤患者,按照随机数字表法分两组.对照组52例实施常规治疗,观察组52例实施综合康复治疗.比较两组治疗前后Constant-Murley肩关节评分量表(CMS)评分、肩关节活动范围.结果治疗前,两组CMS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CMS各维度评分与总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组肩关节前屈、外展、后伸活动范围比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肩关节前屈、外展、后伸活动范围均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复治疗应用于老年肩袖损伤患者中有助于减轻患者疼痛情况,促进肩关节运动功能的恢复,提高日常生活活动能力,对改善老年患者生活质量具有积极意义.Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the recovery of shoulder joint motor function in elderly patients with rotator cuff injury.Methods 104 elderly patients with rotator cuff injury admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.52 cases in the control group were treated with routine treatment and 52 cases in the observation group were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.The scores of joint Constant-Murley scale(CMS)and the range of shoulder joint activity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CMS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the dimensions and total scores in CMS of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the range of activities of anterior shoulder flexion,abduction and extension between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the range of anterior shoulder flexion,abduction and extension in the observation group was greater than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with rotator cuff injury is helpful to reduce their pain,promote the recovery of shoulder joint motor function,improve their activities of daily living,and has positive significance in improving the quality of life of elderly patients.
