温针灸疗法治疗运动员腰部棘上、棘间韧带损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析温针灸疗法治疗运动员腰部棘上、棘间韧带损伤的临床效果.方法选取我院2019年2月—2021年5月收治的60例腰部棘上、棘间韧带损伤的运动员患者,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.对照组采用常规针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用温针灸疗法.比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分.结果观察组患者治疗总有效率96.7%明显高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第1、2个疗程后,观察组患者VAS评分分别为(4.31±1.42)分、(3.04±0.63)分,均显著低于对照组的(5.26±1.15)分、(4.56±0.28)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者JOA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第1、2个疗程后,观察组患者JOA评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论温针灸疗法治疗运动员腰部棘上、棘间韧带损伤的效果显著,值得临床推广.Objective To analyze the application effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar supraspinous and interspinous ligament injuries in athletes.Methods A total of 60 athletes with lumbar supraspinous and interspinous ligament injuries admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional acupuncture therapy,while the observation group received warm acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain and functional impairment(JOA)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 73.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the first and second courses of treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were(4.31±1.42)points and(3.04±0.63)points,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(5.26±1.15)points and(4.56±0.28)points,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the JOA score between the two groups(P>0.05);after the first and second courses of treatment,the JOA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has a significant effect on the injury of the supraspinous and interspinous ligaments of the waist of athletes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
