摘　　要：目的探讨锁定加压钢板(locking compression plate,LCP)内固定术联合综合康复治疗对老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者腕关节功能恢复的影响.方法选取该院2019年1月—2021年1月收治的90例老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例.对照组采用LCP内固定术联合常规康复训练,观察组采用LCP内固定术联合综合康复治疗.对比两组治疗效果及治疗前、治疗后6个月的腕关节功能及腕关节活动度.结果观察组的治疗优良率95.56%高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的腕关节患者自我评估量表评分、Gartland-Werley评分均低于对照组,腕关节掌屈、背伸、旋前及旋后活动度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论LCP内固定术联合综合康复治疗对老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效确切,可促进患者腕关节功能恢复,扩大其腕关节活动度.Objective To explore the effect of locking compression plate(LCP)internal fixation surgery combined with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the recovery of wrist joint function in elderly patients with comminuted fractures of the distal radius.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,90 elderly patients with comminuted fractures of the distal radius who were admitted to the hospital were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group used LCP internal fixation surgery combined with conventional rehabilitation training,and the observation group used LCP internal fixation surgery combined with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.The treatment effects,wrist joint function and wrist joint range of motion before and 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 75.56%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the patientrated wrist evaluation score and Gartland-Werley score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the palm flexion,dorsiflexion,pronation and supination range of motion of wrist joint were all higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LCP internal fixation surgery combined with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment has a definite effect on elderly patients with comminuted fractures of the distal radius,which can promote the recovery of the wrist joint function of patients and expand their wrist joint range of motion.
