基于ICF-CY框架下治疗先天性多发性关节挛缩症1例体会

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于《国际功能、残疾和健康分类(儿童和青少年版)》(International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health for Children and Youth,ICF-CY)框架下开展先天性多发性关节挛缩症的评估与康复治疗.方法 应用ICF-CY理论与方法,以1例先天性多发性关节挛缩症患儿为例,进行功能障碍评估与治疗.结果 患儿经治疗,能正常坐起,可以卧坐转移、坐站转移,在矫形器辅助下推架行走.结论 基于ICF-CY理论框架的功能评估,能够全面、细致地反映患儿存在的问题,为制订治疗计划提供有力支持并取得较好效果.Objective To explore the assessment and rehabilitation of arthrogryposis multiplex congenita based on the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health for Children and Youth(ICF-CY).Methods Using ICF-CY theory and method,a child with arthrogryposis multiplex congenita was taken as an example to evaluate and treat the dysfunction.Results After treatment,the child could sit up normally,and could be transferred from lying-to-sit position,from sitting-to-stand position,and walking with the aid of orthosis.Conclusion The functional assessment based on the ICF-CY theoretical framework can comprehensively and meticulously reflect the problems of children,provide strong support for the formulation of treatment plans and achieve better results.
