中医综合康复疗法治疗中风后尿失禁的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中风后尿失禁患者采用中医综合康复疗法治疗的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响.方法选择该院2020年1-12月收治的中风后尿失禁患者90例,按照随机数表法分为采用常规西医治疗的对照组(n=45)与联合中医综合康复疗法治疗的研究组(n=45),比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前后日尿垫增重量,并采用尿失禁生活质量量表(Quality of life in urinary incontinence,I-QOL)评价患者治疗前后的生活质量.结果研究组的治疗总有效率为75.56%,高于对照组的46.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后.研究组的日尿垫增重量低于对照组,I-QOL评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中风后尿失禁患者采用中医综合康复疗法干预可提高治疗效果,有利于改善患者尿失禁状态,提高其生活质量,值得推广.Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of comprehensivn rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with urinary incontinence after stroke and its impact on the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected.According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group(n=45)treated with conventional Western medicine and a study group(n=45)combined with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensivn rehabilitation therapy.The treatment effects,the daily urine pad weight gain before and after treatment of the two group were compared,and the quality of life in urinary incontinence(I-QOL)was used to evaluate the quality of life of the patients before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 75.56%,which was higher than 46.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the daily urine pad gain of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the I-QOL score was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence can improve the treatment effect,help improve the patient's urinary incontinence state and improve their quality of life,and it is worthy of promotion.
