透穴刺法联合耳穴压豆治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及对脑血流速度的影响

摘　　要：目的研究透穴刺法联合耳穴压豆治疗偏头痛的临床效果,并观察该疗法对患者脑血流速度的影响.方法抽选该院2020年2月-2021年1月收治的偏头痛患者78例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为基础组与联合组,各39例.基础组采用耳穴压豆法治疗,联合组在此基础上加用透穴刺法治疗.对上述两组患者的临床治疗效果及治疗前后的脑血流速度进行观察与比较.结果治疗后,联合组的总有效率(94.87%)显著高于基础组(79.49%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).联合组患者治疗后的发作次数、持续时间及疼痛程度均显著低于该组治疗前及基础组治疗后,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).联合组患者治疗后的各动脉平均血流速度均显著低于该组治疗前及基础组治疗后,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论偏头痛患者采用透穴刺法与耳穴压豆治疗的临床效果好,且能改善患者的脑血流速度,值得在临床上推广使用.Objective To study the clinical effects of point-penetrating acupuncture method combined with ear-point pressing beans pressing in the treatment of migraine,and to observe the effect of the therapy on the cerebral blood flow velocity of patients.Methods A total of 78 migraine patients admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a basic group and a combined group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The basic group was treated with ear-point pressing beans method and the combined group was treated with acupoint-penetrating acupuncture method on this basis.The clinical treatment effect and cerebral blood flow velocity changes of the above two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group(94.87%)was significantly higher than that of the basic group(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of attacks,duration,and pain degree in the combination group were significantly lower than those of the group before treatment and after treatment in the basic group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average blood flow velocity of each artery in the combined group after treatment was significantly lower than those of the group before treatment and after treatment in the basic group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of point-penetrating acupuncture method and ear-point pressing beans for migraine patients is good,and it can improve the cerebral blood flow velocity of the patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.
