摘  要:目的分析早期抗阻力训练配合早期屈膝位对人工全膝关节置换术后患者膝关节功能康复的作用.方法选取2016年1月—2020年11月于该院接受人工全膝关节置换术的82例患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例.对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组采用早期抗阻力训练配合早期屈膝位干预.分析对比两组患者膝关节功能康复的效果.结果观察组的术后切口感染率、深静脉血栓发生率均低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的疼痛程度、膝关节功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,各项美国特种外科医院膝关节量表(HSS)评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的膝关节主动复位误差角度值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的30°、45°、60°膝关节主动复位误差角度值均小于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期抗阻力训练配合早期屈膝位有助于提高人工全膝关节置换术后患者关节周围肌肉力量、增加关节稳定性、改善行走功能.Objective To analyze the effect of early resistance training combined with early knee flexion on functional rehabilitation of knee joint in patients after total knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 82 patients who received total knee arthroplasty in the hospital from January 2016 to November 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group received early resistance training combined with early knee flexion intervention.The effect of knee joint functional rehabilitation was analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative incision infection rate and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of pain and knee joint function between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the visual analogue scale of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of the American hospital for special surgery knee scale(HSS)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the angle of knee active reduction error between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the 30°,45°,and 60°knee joint active reduction error angles of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early resistance training combined with early knee flexion can help improve muscle strength around joints,increase joint stability,and improve wal
