宫腔镜下输卵管通液术对输卵管性不孕症患者输卵管通畅率及妊娠成功率的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究宫腔镜下输卵管通液术在输卵管性不孕症患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年3月—2019年7月我院收治的输卵管性不孕患者82例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例。对照组采用传统输卵管通液术,观察组采用宫腔镜下输卵管通液术,为期3个月,术后随访1年。对比两组患者的输卵管通畅率、并发症发生率、性生活质量及妊娠成功率。结果 观察组的并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的输卵管畅通率为92.68%,高于对照组的73.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的女性性生活质量评分和妊娠率均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 输卵管性不孕症患者采用宫腔镜下输卵管通液术可增加输卵管通畅率,改善术后性生活质量,提高妊娠成功率,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the application effect of hysteroscopic tubal hydrotubation in patients with tubal infertility.Methods A total of 82 cases of tubal infertility patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional tubal drainage,and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic tubal hydrotubation,both groups were treated for 3 months and followed up for 1 year.The tubal patency rate,complication rate,sexual quality and pregnancy success rate were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.88%,lower than 19.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tubal unblocked rate in the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than 73.17%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of sexual life quality and the pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic tubal hydrotubation in patients with tubal infertility can increase the tubal patency rate,improve postoperative sexual life quality,improve the success rate of pregnancy,and high safety.
