综合康复护理在颌面部手术患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察颌面部手术患者采用综合康复护理的效果.方法选择2019年1月—2020年7月于该院行颌面部手术的患者30例为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,每组15例.对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上采用综合康复护理.比较两组患者术后的疼痛程度、焦虑程度、生活质量及患者满意度.结果护理后,观察组患者的疼痛评分为(1.80±0.41)分,焦虑评分为(37.73±5.97)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组患者的生活质量评分为(88.53±6.60)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的护理满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论颌面部手术患者采用综合康复护理,可减轻术后疼痛,缓解焦虑情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广使用.Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation care in patients with maxillofacial facial surgery.Methods 30 patients who underwent maxillofacial facial surgery in the hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group used routine care,and the observation group patients adopted comprehensive rehabilitation care on this basis.The pain level,anxiety level,quality of life and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the pain score of and the anxiety score of the patients in the observation group were(1.80±0.41)points and(37.73±5.97)points,lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the patients in the observation group was(88.53±6.60)points,higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with maxillofacial facial surgery can reduce postoperative pain,relieve anxiety,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and it is worth clinical promotion and use.
