中医推拿联合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫后足内翻的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究中医推拿联合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫后足内翻患者的治疗效果.方法选取2019年5月—2020年11月该院收治的80例脑卒中偏瘫后足内翻患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组40例.对照组采用康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医推拿治疗.观察对比两组患者的治疗效果.结果治疗后,观察组的胫前肌肌力、小腿三头肌痉挛程度均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的胫骨前肌及腓肠肌外侧头最大积分肌电值均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的足趾屈改善优良率为85.00%,明显高于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医推拿联合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫后足内翻患者的治疗效果显著,能有效提升患肢肌力,改善下肢运动功能,提高生活质量.Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined rehabilitation training on patients with foot varus after stroke and hemiplegia.Methods 80 patients with foot varus after stroke and hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with TCM massage on the basis of the control group.Observe and compare the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the strength of the tibialis anterior muscle and the degree of spasm of the calf triceps in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum integrated electromyography of the tibial anterior muscle and the lateral head of the gastrocnemius in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the excellent and good rate of toe flexion improvement in the observation group was 85.00%,which was significantly higher than 62.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM massage combined with rehabilitation training has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with foot varus after stroke and hemiplegia,which can effectively enhance the muscle strength of the affected limb,improve the motor function of the lower limb,and improve the quality of life.
