改良森田疗法结合家庭式优质护理在精神分裂症缓解期患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨改良森田疗法结合家庭式优质护理在精神分裂症缓解期患者中的应用效果.方法选取本院2019年2月—2021年4月收治的90例精神分裂症缓解期患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例.观察组采用改良森田疗法结合家庭式优质护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式,两组患者均护理8周.比较两组患者临床疗效.结果两组患者护理前的各项护士用住院患者观察量表评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的社会能力、个人整洁、社会兴趣评分明显高于对照组,激惹、退缩、精神病性评分明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组的简明精神评定量表评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分分别为(31.58±7.12)分、(3.27±1.18)分,均明显低于对照组,日常生活活动能力量表评分(38.63±5.84)分明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的不良反应总发生率11.11%明显低于对照组的28.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用改良森田疗法结合家庭式优质护理可提高精神分裂症缓解期患者的生活自理能力,减少不良反应,改善其精神症状与社会功能,提高康复效果.Objective To explore the application of modified Morita therapy combined with home quality nursing in the remission period of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 90 patients with schizophrenia in remission from February 2019 to April 2021 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each.The observation group was treated with modified Morita therapy combined with home quality nursing mode,while the control group was treated with routine nursing mode.Both groups were treated with nursing for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of the nurses observation scale for inpatient evaluation before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of social ability,personal neatness and social interest of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the scores of irritability,withdrawal and psychosis were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of the Brief psychiatric rating scale and the social disability screening schedule Scale in the observation group were(31.58±7.12)points and(3.27±1.18)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group,the scores of the daily living ability scale(38.63±5.84)points were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.11%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,which was 28.88%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of modified Morita therapy combined with home-based quality nursing can improve the self-care ability of patients with schizophrenia in remission,reduce adverse reactions,improve their mental symp
