摘　　要：目的探讨游戏式功能锻炼对肱骨髁上骨折术后患儿康复效果的影响.方法选取该院2019年7月—2020年7月收治的74例肱骨髁上骨折术后患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各37例.对照组采用常规功能锻炼,观察组采用游戏式功能锻炼.干预6个月后,比较两组肘关节活动度、肘关节功能恢复情况及锻炼依从性.结果干预6个月后,观察组肘关节旋前、旋后、屈曲、伸直角度均大于对照组,肘关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组锻炼依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论游戏式功能锻炼有助于提高肱骨髁上骨折术后患儿的锻炼依从性,从而促使其获得更好的康复效果.Objective To explore the effect of game type functional exercise on rehabilitation effect of postoperative children with supracondylar fracture of humerus Methods 74 postoperative children with supracondylar fracture of humerus treated in the hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group used routine functional exercise,and the observation group used game type functional exercise.After 6 months of intervention,the elbow joint range of motion,elbow joint function recovery and exercise compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of intervention,the angles of pronation,supination,flexion and extension of elbow joint in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the excellent and good rate of elbow joint function recovery was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of exercise compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Game type functional exercise can help improve the exercise compliance of children after supracondylar fracture of the humerus surgery,so as to promote their better rehabilitation effect.
