中药离子导入疗法联合中医正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对JOA评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探究腰椎间盘突出症患者在中医正骨手法治疗基础上联合中药离子导入疗法的效果.方法选择该院2019年12月—2020年11月收治的70例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,根据系统抽样法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例.对照组接受中医正骨手法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药离子导入疗法.比较两组的临床疗效、腰椎功能及腰椎屈曲度变化.结果观察组的治疗总优良率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的日本骨科协会评估治疗分数明显高于对照组,腰椎屈曲度明显大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中药离子导入疗法联合中医正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症可取得理想的临床疗效,能有效改善患者腰椎屈曲度,促进腰椎功能恢复,实现良好预后.Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine ion introduction therapy on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation on the basis of Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation.Methods 70 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to systematic sampling method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation treatment,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,lumbar function and lumbar curvature were compared between the two groups.Results The overall excellent and good rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 77.14%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association evaluation score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the lumbar flexion was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine ion introduction therapy combined with Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can achieve ideal clinical efficacy,effectively improve lumbar flexion,promote lumbar function recovery,and achieve a good prognosis.
