中药穴位贴敷疗法结合手指点穴法在神经发育迟缓患儿中的应用效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药穴位贴敷疗法结合手指点穴法应用于神经发育迟缓患儿中的临床效果及安全性.方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月在该院就诊的神经发育迟缓患儿80例为研究对象,以随机盲选法分为两组.对照组采用常规康复疗法治疗,观察组采用中药穴位贴敷疗法结合手指点穴法治疗.比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后智力水平及日常生活能力.结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组各项Cesell评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组大运动行为、精细动作行为、个人-社交、语言行为及适应行为评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后日常生活活动能力量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论神经发育迟缓患儿采用中药穴位贴敷疗法联合手指点穴法治疗,可有效提升患儿的智力水平,在改善其心理健康的同时,还能够提高其日常生活能力,对促进患儿康复及尽快融入社会具有积极意义,值得临床深入研究与推广应用.Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy combined with finger acupoint method in children with neurodevelopmental delay.Methods A total of 80 children with neurodevelopmental delay who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random blind selection.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy combined with finger acupoint method treatment.The treatment effect,intelligence level and daily living ability before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Cesell scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of gross motor behavior,fine motor behavior,personal-social interaction,language behavior and adaptive behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the activity of daily living score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy combined with finger acupoint method therapy in children with neurodevelopmental delay can effectively improve the intelligence level of the children,not only improve their mental health,but also improve their daily living ability.It has positive significance in promoting the rehabilitation of children and integrating into the society as soon as possible,and it is worthy of in-depth clinical research and applicationis.
