平衡针灸联合梅花针叩刺减压治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的效果及其对膝关节功能及血清骨代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析膝骨性关节炎患者采用平衡针灸联合梅花针叩刺减压的治疗效果及其对膝关节功能及血清骨代谢指标的影响.方法选取河南中医药大学第三附属医院2019年6月—2020年10月收治的110例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组.对照组55例采用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,观察组55例采用平衡针灸联合梅花针叩刺减压治疗.观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、中医症候积分、膝关节功能、血清骨代谢指标.结果观察组的总有效率92.73%高于对照组的78.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组屈伸不利、形寒肢冷、关节隐痛评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者的膝关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的Lysholm膝关节评分量表评分(82.19±9.87)分高于对照组,西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数量表评分(25.06±4.23)分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者的各项血清骨代谢指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的血清骨钙素水平高于对照组,血清抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶异构体Sb、Ⅰ型胶原C端肽水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论平衡针灸联合梅花针叩刺减压治疗能够有效减轻膝骨性关节炎患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,改善膝关节功能及骨代谢水平.Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of balanced acupuncture combined with plum blossom needle tapping decompression in patients with knee osteoarthritis and its influence on knee joint function and serum bone metabolism indexes.Methods 110 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were grouped by ran-dom number table method.The 55 cases in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection,and the 55 cases in the observation group were treated with balanced acupuncture combined with plum blossom needle tap-ping for decompression.Observe the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,knee joint function,serum bone metabolism index-es after treatment of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.73%,higher than that of the control group 78.18%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group's poor flexion and extension,cold limbs,and joint pain scores were lower than those of the control group,and the dif-ferences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the knee function scores of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the Lysholm knee scale score(82.19±9.87)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the osteoarthritis index score(25.06±4.23)of Westerm Ontario and McMaster University was lower than the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum bone metabolism index levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the serum bone gla protein level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the serum tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b and collagen C telopeptide type I
