摘　　要：目的探讨5E康复管理模式对维持性血液透析患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响.方法选取该院血透中心2018年2月—2020年2月收治的行维持性血液透析治疗的患者162例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组81例.对照组采用常规维持性血液透析管理,研究组则在对照组基础上采用5E康复管理模式.对比两组患者的治疗依从性及生活质量.结果研究组的治疗总依从性为90.12%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者的躯体健康、心理健康、肾脏负担评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者各项生活质量评分均高于各组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论维持性血液透析患者采用5E康复管理模式,能够提高治疗依从性,还能有效改善患者的生活质量.Objective To explore the impact of 5E rehabilitation management model on treatment compliance and quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 162 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis who were admitted to the hospital's hemodialysis center from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 81 cases in each group.The control group used conventional maintenance hemodialysis management,and the study group used the 5E rehabilitation management model on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment compliance of the study group was 90.12%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the physical health,mental health,and kidney burden scores of the two groups were compared,and there were no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis patients adopt the 5E rehabilitation management model can improve the treatment compliance and effectively improve quality of life.
