摘　　要：目的研究CO中毒迟发性脑病患者采用康复护理对其认知功能的影响.方法选择该院2018年5月—2020年1月收治的86例CO中毒迟发性脑病患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为试验组与常规组,每组43例.常规组患者采用基础护理,试验组患者在此基础上采用康复护理.对比两组患者的认知功能评分、Barthel指数评分及护理满意度.结果护理前,两组患者认知功能评分与Barthel指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组各项评分均明显高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).常规组患者的护理满意度为83.72%,低于试验组的97.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论CO中毒迟发性脑病患者采用康复护理能够有效改善其认知功能,提升舒适度与满意度,值得广泛应用.Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the cognitive function of patients with delayed encephalopathy caused by CO poisoning.Methods 86 patients with CO poisoning delayed encephalopathy admitted in the hospital from May 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into an experimental group and a routine group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the routine group received basic nursing,and on this basis,patients in the experimental group received rehabilitation nursing.The cognitive function score,Barthel index score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Before nursing,the differences between the two groups of patients'cognitive function scores and Barthel index scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the routine group was 83.72%,which was lower than the 97.67%of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation care for patients with delayed encephalopathy due to CO poisoning can effectively improve their cognitive function,enhance comfort and satisfaction,and is worthy of wide application.
