穴位推拿联合雾化吸入方案治疗慢性持续期小儿支气管哮喘的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探究穴位推拿联合雾化吸入方案治疗慢性持续期小儿支气管哮喘的临床价值.方法选取该院2018年2月—2020年8月收治的96例慢性持续期支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例.对照组采用雾化吸入方案治疗,观察组采用穴位推拿联合雾化吸入方案治疗.比较两组患儿的治疗效果、治疗前后肺功能指标及中医症候积分.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.92%,高于对照组的85.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前两组的各项肺功能指标水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积及一秒率水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的各项中医症候积分相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的各项中医症候积分均较对照组更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论穴位推拿联合雾化吸入方案治疗慢性持续期小儿支气管哮喘可提升治疗效果,对改善患儿肺功能、减轻临床症状的效果显著.Objective To explore the clinical value of acupoint massage combined with aerosol inhalation program in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma in children.Methods From February 2018 to August 2020,96 children with chronic persistent bronchial asthma in this hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table,with 48 cases in each.The control group was treated with aerosol inhalation program,and the observation group was treated with acupoint massage combined with aerosol inhalation program.The treatment effect,pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment,and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups of children.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than 85.42%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of various lung function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the forced vital capacity,the forced expiratory volume in one second,and the one-second rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of TCM syndrome scores(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with aerosol inhalation program for the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma in children can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the lung function of the children,and reduce the clinical symptoms.
