综合康复护理对气管切开术后反复肺部感染患者的影响

摘　　要：目的分析综合康复护理对气管切开术后反复肺部感染患者的影响.方法将2016年8月—2019年8月该院ICU收治并实施气管切开术的96例重症患者作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分为康复组和对照组,每组48例.康复组患者实施综合康复护理,对照组实施一般性护理.对比两组患者的护理效果.结果护理后,康复组患者的体温消退时间、痰液明显稀少时间、肺部啰音消失时间、外周血白细胞计数恢复正常时间以及痰培养结果转阴时间均明显短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).康复组治疗总有效率100.00%明显高于对照组的81.25%,护理满意度93.75%明显高于对照组的75.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复护理有助于控制气管切开术后患者的反复肺部感染.Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on patients with recurrent pulmonary infections after tracheotomy.Methods From August 2016 to August 2019,96 cases of severe patients with tracheotomy in ICU of the hospital were divided into a rehabilitation group and a control group,with 48 cases in each group.The rehabilitation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing,and the control group was given general nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the time of body temperature subsided,sputum obviously scarce,lung rales disappeared,peripheral blood leukocyte count returned to normal and sputum culture results turned negative in rehabilitation group were significantly shorter than those in control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 100%of the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than 81.25%in control group,the total satisfaction rate of 93.75%was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing is helpful to control recurrent pulmonary infection after tracheotomy.
