摘 要:目的分析在急性肩袖损伤患者中运用超声波配合康复训练治疗的临床作用。方法随机数字表法将该院2018年7月—2019年7月期间诊治的70例急性肩袖损伤患者分两组,对照组(n=35)使用超声波治疗,试验组(n=35)使用超声波联合康复训练治疗,比较试验组与对照组上肢FMA评分、上肢BI评分、UCAL疼痛评分、关节功能活动度、临床治疗有效率。结果治疗后试验组急性肩袖损伤患者上肢FMA评分、上肢BI评分、UCAL疼痛评分、关节功能活动度、临床治疗有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组急性肩袖损伤患者治疗后上肢FMA评分、上肢BI评分、UCAL疼痛评分、关节功能活动度显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声波联合康复训练治疗急性肩袖损伤作用显著,可改善患者上肢功能,提升治疗效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of ultrasound combined with rehabilitation training in patients with acute rotator cuff injury.Methods 70 patients with acute rotator cuff injury diagnosed and treated in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=35)was treated with ultrasound,and the test group(n=35)was treated with ultrasound combined with rehabilitation training.The test group and the control group were compared with upper limb FMA score,upper limb BI score,UCAL pain score,joint function range of motion,and clinical treatment effective rate.Results After treatment,the experimental group of patients with acute rotator cuff injury upper limb FMA score,upper limb BI score,UCAL pain score,joint function range of motion,clinical treatment efficiency were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The upper limb FMA score,upper limb BI score,UCAL pain score,and joint function range of motion of patients with acute rotator cuff injury in the experimental group and the control group after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound combined with rehabilitation training has a significant effect on the treatment of acute rotator cuff injury,which can improve the patient's upper limb function and enhance the treatment effect.
