全程康复路径护理模式对腰椎管狭窄症患者术后康复的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析全程康复路径护理模式对腰椎管狭窄症患者术后康复的影响.方法选择2018年1月—2019年6月于济宁市第二人民医院接受腰椎管狭窄症椎板减压术的患者138例,以随机双盲法分为对照组(常规护理模式)和观察组(全程康复路径护理模式),各69例.对比两组护理效果.结果观察组术后1 d的腰椎功能评分为(18.96±2.41)分,与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后1、3、6个月的腰椎功能评分分别为(28.94±3.82)分、(29.43±4.29)分、(31.39±4.98)分,均明显高于同期对照组评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生活质量评分中,物质生活(89.72±2.18)分,心理功能(87.45±2.36)分,躯体功能(87.46±2.25)分,社会生活(89.16±2.62)分,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论腰椎管狭窄症患者应用全程康复路径护理模式的效果显著,能够有效恢复腰椎功能,可推荐.Objective To analyze the effect of nursing mode of the whole rehabilitation path on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods A total of 138 patients who underwent lamina decompression for lumbar spinal stenosis at the Second People's Hospital of Jining City from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group(routine nursing mode)and an observation group(whole rehabilitation path nursing mode)by random double-blind method,with 69 cases in each group.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The lumbar function score of the observation group at 1 day after operation was(18.96±2.41)points,compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The lumbar function scores of the observation group at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after operation were(28.94±3.82)points,(29.43±4.29)points,and(31.39±4.98)points respectively,the scores were significantly higher than those of the control group during the same period,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the quality of life scores of the observation group,the score of material life was(89.72±2.18)points,the score of mental function was(87.45±2.36)points,the score of physical function was(87.46±2.25)points,and the score of social life was(89.16±2.62)points,all scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with lumbar spinal canal stenosis have a significant effect of applying the whole rehabilitation path nursing model,which can effectively restore lumbar spine function and can be recommended.
