温针灸联合康复锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的研究腰椎间盘突出症患者采取温针灸联合康复锻炼治疗对其康复的影响.方法选取揭阳市中医院2017年2月—2020年7月收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组30例患者采取常规治疗,观察组30例患者在常规治疗的基础上采取温针灸联合康复锻炼治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果(治疗总有效率、疼痛程度、腰椎功能).结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,对照组和观察组患者的疼痛程度评分分别为(7.15±1.37)分、(7.18±1.38)分,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组和对照组疼痛程度评分明显降低,分别为(3.14±1.03)分、(4.85±1.34)分,观察组疼痛程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,对照组和观察组的腰椎功能评分分别为(16.45±2.15)分、(16.50±2.20)分,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后对照组和观察组的腰椎功能评分分别为(21.85±2.45)分、(26.70±1.95)分,观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗过程中采取温针灸联合康复锻炼的效果显著,能够降低患者疼痛程度,改善其腰椎功能,具有良好的临床应用价值.Objective To study the effect of warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise on the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who admitted to Jieyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group were treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment effects(total effective rate,pain degree,lumbar function)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the pain scores in the control group and the observation group were(7.15±1.37)points and(7.18±1.38)points respectively,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain scores in both groups were significantly reduced,which were(3.14±1.03)points and(4.85±1.34)points respectively,the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the lumbar function scores in the control group and the observation group were(16.45±2.15)points and(16.50±2.20)points respectively,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the lumbar function scores of the control group and the observation group were(21.85±2.45)points and(26.70±1.95)points,the score of the observation group was higher than the score of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation is significant,which can reduce the pain of
