摘　　要：目的分析运动发育推拿法联合针灸在小儿脑瘫康复中的应用效果.方法选取2015年1月—2020年1月山东省荣成市中医院收治的脑性瘫痪患儿50例为研究对象,均采取运动发育推拿法联合针灸治疗,观察康复效果.结果治疗后患儿DQ评分、GMFM-88及FMFM评分、Barthel指数评分、CSHQ等各项指标评分均较治疗前明显提高,肌张力分级明显优于治疗前,痉挛指数评分降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论运动发育推拿法联合针灸能显著促进小儿脑瘫患儿的康复及预后.Objective To analyze the application effect of motor development massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods From January 2015 to January 2020,50 children with cerebral palsy who were admitted to the Rongcheng Hospital of TCM were selected as the research objects.All of them were treated with motor development massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The rehabilitation effects of the children were observed.Results After treatment,the children’s DQ score,GMFM-88 and FMFM scores,Barthel index score and CSHQ scores were significantly improved compared to before treatment,the muscle tension classification was significantly better than before treatment,and the spasticity index score decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Motor development massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly promote the rehabilitation and prognosis of children with cerebral palsy.
