摘　　要：目的研究腹横肌平面阻滞对于腹腔镜结直肠肿瘤患者术后快速康复的影响.方法择取2018年6月—2019年5月于该院收治的106例结直肠肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为腹横肌平面阻滞组和对照组,每组53例.腹横肌平面阻滞组患者接受腹横肌平面阻滞,对照组患者采取单纯静脉自控镇痛法,比较两组患者术后康复情况.结果腹横肌平面阻滞组患者术后阿片类药物以及按压镇痛泵次数低于对照组患者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腹横肌平面阻滞组患者术后疼痛程度低于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腹横肌平面阻滞组患者术后康复效果优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腹横肌平面阻滞组患者术后血清炎性因子水平低于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论腹横肌平面阻滞可有效缓解腹腔镜结直肠肿瘤患者术后疼痛,降低患者炎性因子水平,促使患者术后快速康复.Objective To study the effect of transverse abdominal muscle block on the rapid recovery of laparoscopic colorectal tumor patients.Methods A total of 106 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into transverse abdominal muscle block group and control group,with 53 cases in each group.Patients in the transverse abdominis plane block group received transverse abdominis plane block,while patients in the control group took intravenous controlled analgesia alone.The postoperative recovery of patients in the two groups was compared.Results The number of postoperative opioids and analgesia pumps in patients with transverse abdominal muscle block was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of postoperative pain was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative rehabilitation effect of the abdominal transverse muscle plane block group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum inflammatory factor levels in patients with abdominal transverse muscle plane block group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conlusion Transverse abdominis planar block can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients with laparoscopic colorectal tumors,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and promote the rapid postoperative recovery of patients.
