运动康复训练在轻中度冠脉狭窄患者斑块性质治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的在轻中度冠脉狭窄患者斑块性质治疗中运动康复训练应用效果.方法选取2017年1月—2019年6月该部管理的轻中度冠脉狭窄者72例为对象,以整群随机化方式分设组别,即对照组、研究组,各36例.对照组患者予以常规药物治疗,研究组患者予以运动康复训练.观察两组的冠脉斑块分布,冠脉超声虚拟组织学检查结果.结果对照组与研究组患者回旋支、前降支和右冠等冠脉斑块分布情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者治疗后易损斑块率高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在治疗轻中度冠脉狭窄患者中运动康复训练的应用其效果显著,能使患者易损斑块发生率降低,对其斑块成分得以改善,应用价值高.Objective The effect of exercise rehabilitation training in the treatment of plaque nature in patients with mild to moderate coronary stenosis.Methods 72 patients with mild to moderate coronary stenosis managed by our department were selected as the subjects.The whole group was randomly divided into control group and study group,36 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine,and the patients in the study group were treated with sports rehabilitation training.The distribution of coronary plaque and the results of virtual histology were observed.Results The distribution of coronary plaque in the control group was less than that in the study group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the vulnerable plaque rate in the control group was higher than that in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of exercise rehabilitation training in the treatment of mild and moderate coronary stenosis has significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of vulnerable plaque,improve the composition of plaque,and has high application value.
