高校教师大数据应用水平的影响因素分析——以独立学院教师为例

摘　　要：独立学院"三全育人"面临着大数据技术带来的发展契机,但是对教师大数据应用水平影响因素的研究还需进一步深入.该研究在问卷调查的基础上,采用因子分析方法,分析独立学院教师的大数据认知程度、大数据分析能力、大数据应用主动性、自我职业评价与外部支持感知等因素在大数据应用中的相关关系,提炼影响独立学院教师大数据应用的两个主要因子,第一因子是内部因子,第二因子是外部响应因子,并在此基础上提出独立学院教师提高大数据应用水平的建议.Independent colleges are facing the development opportunities brought by big data technology,but the research on the influencing factors of teachers’big data application level needs to be further in-depth.Based on a questionnaire survey,this study uses factor analysis to analyze the correlation between independent college teachers’cognition,ability,initiative,career evaluation,and perception of external support in the application of big data,and refine the impact of independent college teachers’big data application.There are two main factors,the first factor is the internal factor,and the second factor is the external response factor.On this basis,the countermeasures to promote the teachers of independent colleges to improve the level of big data education are proposed.
