创新创业教育导向下高校环境设计专业人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：在创新创业教育背景下,重新构建环境设计专业人才培养模式,探索具备较强实践能力、团队协作与创新能力的应用型人才,才能适应瞬息万变的房地产行业.该文提出适应"互联网+"新时期以学生为中心的教育教学模式、融合创新创业教育理念的"创意构思-创新训练-创业实践"梯级专业课程体系构建、校企合作共建共享资源平台全方位育人模式,以及依托区域特色开展创新创业实践活动的人才培养模式,探索高质量人才培养路径,为高校环境设计专业教育提供借鉴与参考.Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education,it is necessary to reconstruct the training mode of environmental design professionals and explore the application-oriented talents with strong practice,teamwork and innovative design ability to adapt to the ever-changing real estate industry.This paper proposes a new mode of education in the"Internet plus"new era:Student centered education and teaching mode,integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education concept,"creative innovation entrepreneurship",specialized curriculum system,school enterprise cooperation and sharing resources platform,and training mode of relying on regional characteristics to carry out innovative entrepreneurial practice,and exploring the path of training high-quality talents.It can provide reference for the teaching research of environmental design specialty.
