米力农注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨米力农注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的效果。方法:选择我院2012年01月—2016年12月收治的546例充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,依据治疗药物的不同分为两组,对照组(242例)给予黄芪注射液(20 mL加入250 mL5%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注,qd)治疗,观察组(304例)在对照组基础上加用米力农注射液(10 mg加入250 mL5%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注,qd)治疗。比较两组临床疗效以及血流动力学指标水平。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组血流动力学指标水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:合理选择米力农注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效确切,可有效改善患者的血流动力学指标水平,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of milrinone injection in the treatment of congestive heart failure.Methods:546 patients with congestive heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected as subjects investigated and divided into two groups according to different treatment drugs.The patients in the control group(242 cases)were treated with radix astragali injection(20 mL injection was added to 250 mL 5%glucose injection for intravenous infusion,qd),and the patients in the observation group(304 cases)were further treated with milrinone injection(10 mg injection was added to 250 mL 5%glucose injection for intravenous infusion,qd).The clinical efficacy and the levels of hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of hemodynamic indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reasonable selection of milrinone injection is effective in the treatment of congestive heart failure,and can effectively improve the levels of hemodynamic indexes,and has important clinical appli cation value.
