基于Excel自动生成设计在药品采购计划制定中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :提取医院信息管理系统中的相关数据,利用Excel快速便捷的制定药品计划。方法 :从医院信息管理系统中导出各部门的销售数据,设置Excel表格中公式,使之能够快速的提取数据,从而快速、便捷的计算出应采购量、部门发放量、库房留存量。通过对改进前、后相关指标进行比较,评价改进效果。结果 :Excel表格能够根据要求快速准确的对于目标药品生成采购计划。结论 :利用基于Excel表格的药品计划自动生成设计,可有效的节约计划出具时间,在控制库存量、提高周转率方面具有重大意义。Objective:To extract relevant data from the hospital information management system and use Excel to formulate drug plans quickly and conveniently.Methods:The sales data of various departments were derived from the hospital information management system,and the formulas in Excel table were set up to extract the data quickly and conveniently,so as to calculate the amount purchased,department distribution amount and warehouse reserve amount quickly and conveniently.The improvement effect was evaluated by comparing the relevant indexes before and after improvement.Results:Excel spreadsheets can quickly and accurately generate purchasing plans for targeted drugs as required.Conclusion:The use of Excel spreadsheets-based drug plans to automatically generate designs can effectively save time for planning,and is of great significance in controlling inventories and improving turnover rates.
