坤泰胶囊对卵巢功能减退性不孕患者血清AMH、FSH、E2及LH水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨坤泰胶囊对卵巢功能减退性不孕患者血清抗苗勒激素(AMH)及性激素水平的影响.方法:选取我院2017年1月—2018年6月收治的94例卵巢功能减退性不孕患者,利用随机数字表法分为两组,各47例.对照组采用芬吗通(1片,qd)治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用坤泰胶囊(2.0 g,tid)治疗,比较两组中医证候积分、AMH、性激素水平及基础窦卵泡数(AFC).结果:治疗后,两组中医证候积分、AMH及AFC水平均改善,且观察组中医证候积分、AMH较对照组低,AFC水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)及黄体生成素(LH)水平较治疗前均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:坤泰胶囊可有效改善卵巢功能减退性不孕患者的中医证候,降低AMH及性激素水平,提升窦卵泡数.Objective:To investigate the effect of kuntai capsules on serum anti-müllerian hormone(AMH)and sex hormone levels in patients with infertility due to ovarian dysfunction.Methods:94 patients with infertility due to ovarian dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,47 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with fenmatong(1 tablet,qd).On this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with kuntai capsules(2.0 g,tid).The TCM syndrome scores,AMH,sex hormone levels and basal antral follicle count(AFC)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,AMH and AFC levels in the two groups were improved,and the TCM syndrome scores and AMH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of AFC was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)and luteinizing hormone(LH)after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kuntai capsules can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of the patients with infertility due to ovarian dysfunction,reduce AMH and sex hormone levels and increase the antral follicle count.
