摘　　要：目的:了解我院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物预防性使用现状,为加强抗菌药物临床合理应用和规划管理提供参考.方法:回顾性调查和分析我院2017年Ⅰ类切口围术期抗菌药物使用情况.结果:2017年Ⅰ类切口围术期抗菌药物预防使用比例为19.6%,符合国家卫生计生委30% 的规定,预防用药时机、疗程和抗菌药物选择合理率等接近100%的规定.存在用药问题的病历有79份,其中病程记录不完善、用药时机不合理、抗菌药物选择不合理、疗程偏长占比分别为40.66%、20.88%、17.58%、16.48%.结论:该院Ⅰ类切口围术期预防使用抗菌药物仍然存在不合理现象,主要包括病程记录不完善、用药时机不合理等,应加强监管.Objective:To understand the preventive use of antimicrobials in the perioperative period of classⅠincision surgery in our hospital in order to provide reference for strengthen the rational clinical use of antimicrobials and standard management.Methods:The use of antimicrobials in the perioperative period of classⅠincisions in our hospital in 2017 was retrospectively investigated and analyzed.Results:In 2017,the preventive use rate of antimicrobials in the perioperative period of class I incisions was 19.6%,which accorded with the 30%regulation of the National Health and Family Planning Commission.The prophylactic drug use timing,the course of treatment and the rational rate of antimicrobials selection were close to 100%.There were 79 medical records with drug use problems,including imperfect disease course records,unreasonable drug use timing,unreasonable antimicrobials’selection and long treatment course,which accounted for 40.66%,20.88%,17.58%and 16.48%,respectively.Conclusion:There are still unreasonable phenomena in the preventive use of antimicrobials in the perioperative period of classⅠincisions in the hospital,including imperfect disease course records and unreasonable drug use timing.
