摘  要:简要说明了高压变频器在高炉热风炉助燃风机的实际使用情况,针对钢铁企业高炉助燃风机的工艺要求,对变频改造原理及改造方案进行了细致的描述,对比分析了设备改良前后的能耗和产量等经济技术指标,结果表明改造之后设备的各项指标有显著的的提升,尤其在能耗和环保这两点上尤为显著.The actual use of high-voltage frequency converter in the combustion furnace of blast furnace hot blast stove is briefly described.According to the technical requirements of blast furnace combustion air blower in iron and steel enterprises,the principle and transformation scheme of frequency conversion transformation are described in detail,and the energy before and after equipment improvement is compared and analyzed.Economic and technical indicators such as consumption and output show that the indicators of the equipment after the transformation have been significantly improved,especially in terms of energy consumption and environmental protection.
