摘 要:随着天津地区深部地热资源开发力度的加大,地热井钻探的深度和钻进难度越来越高.特别是天津地区古生界奥陶系灰岩和蓟县系雾迷山组白云岩等漏失严重地层,因岩屑难以上返,无法建立有效的循环,容易造成埋钻,卡钻等事故.本文针对以上难题,引进反循环钻井工艺,以常规气举反循环设备为基础,并针对其气密性差、造价高、使用保养成本高、参数难以控制的缺点进行改进,研发一套新型的气举反循环钻井系统工具,并进行实钻试验,成功钻穿天津地区雾迷山组三四段地层,解决天津地区破碎地层难以钻穿的难题,并获得相应的钻进参数,为今后天津地区地热井反循环钻进提供经验和借鉴.With the intensive development of deep geothermal resources in Tianjin area,the drilling depth and drilling difficulty of geothermal wells are becoming more and more challenging.Especially in the Paleozoic Ordovician limestone and Jixian Wumishan formation dolomite in the Paleozoic area.Because of the difficulty of returning the lithic debris,the effective circulation can not be established and the accidents such as burying drilling and drilling jam are easy to be caused.In view of the above problems,this paper introduces the reverse circulation drilling technology,which is based on the conventional gas lift reverse circulation equipment,nd aims at the shortcomings of its poor gas tightness,high cost,high maintenance cost and difficult to control the parameters.A set of new gas lift reverse circulation drilling system tools has been developed,and a practical drilling test has been carried out to successfully drill through the third and fourth stratum of Wumishan in Tianjin area,to solve the difficult drilling problem in the broken strata in Tianjin area,and to obtain the corresponding drilling parameters.It provides experience and reference for reverse circulation drilling of geothermal wells in Tianjin area.
